# Terms of Service - QuickOrb

By accessing or registering with QuickOrb ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all interactions with our services.

These terms govern the use of our unified business operating system, including the integrated LMS (Learning Management System), POS (Point of Sale), E-Commerce builders, and Wallet utilities.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or registering with QuickOrb ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all interactions with our services.

These terms govern the use of our unified business operating system, including the integrated LMS (Learning Management System), POS (Point of Sale), E-Commerce builders, and Wallet utilities.

## 2. Account Registration & Security
To utilize the QuickOrb ecosystem, you must register a valid merchant account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during the registration process is complete, accurate, and kept up-to-date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. Any actions performed using your account credentials will be deemed your legal responsibility.

## 3. System Usage & Subscriptions
QuickOrb grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform for your internal business operations. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to compromise the structural integrity of the platform.

Subscription fees for premium tiers are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Failure to complete subscription renewals may result in temporary suspension of features.

## 4. Payments & FinTech Wallet
All financial operations conducted via the QuickOrb Wallet must comply with local monetary laws and banking regulations. Users are prohibited from using the wallet system for fraudulent transfers, laundering, or illicit operations.

Processing fees for payments, deposits, and VTU services are explicitly detailed in the transaction confirmations and will be deducted automatically from corresponding balances.

## 5. Limitation of Liability
QuickOrb is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and assume no liability for service interruptions, data losses, or lost business revenue resulting from system errors or outages.

## 6. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or conduct activities that jeopardize the security or operation of other merchants.
