# Refund Policy - QuickOrb

Last Updated: May 19, 2026. This policy outlines parameters governing subscription refunds and wallet credit returns.

## 1. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations
SaaS module subscriptions (LMS, POS, E-Commerce, and AI packages) are billed on a recurring cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your merchant dashboard settings.

Cancellations terminate future billing, but do not trigger retroactive refunds for the active billing cycle. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current paid period.

## 2. Wallet Credit & Deposits
Funds deposited directly into your QuickOrb Ledger Wallet are stored as cash balance. You may initiate a payout or withdrawal to your verified Nigerian bank account at any time, subject to standard payout processing fees.

Once a payout is processed and dispatched to the bank network, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

## 3. Hardware Purchases
Physical POS terminals, barcode scanners, and thermal printer hardware purchased directly from QuickOrb include a 12-month structural warranty.

Refunds or exchanges for hardware are only available if the terminal is reported defective within 14 days of delivery, provided it shows no physical abuse or liquid damage.

## 4. Resolution & Disputes
For billing inquiries, transaction mismatches, or system faults, please reach out directly to our support desk at support@quickorb.com. We endeavor to resolve all financial audits within 5 business days.
